Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please fill out the Contact form on the website (corycb.com). All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Garments and wearables must be unworn and unwashed, and, in the condition, they were in when they arrived. Please include your order number in the subject line and a thorough message of your situation. Please be aware in the nature of our products, exchanges are possible but not guaranteed.

No returns allowed on any Final Sale Items, except for if flaws in workmanship are found (as long as the hang tag has not been removed).

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than Final Sale) that is unworn and has the hang-tag intact.  This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material.  Please contact us through our website to approve a return.  We reserve the right to deny refund to the sender without prior return approval.  Only unworn items will be accepted for returns within 30 days of when the item was delivered to you.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of that approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Policy

We strive to have 100% satisfaction with all of our customers. If there is an issue with your product, fill out the Contact form and we will do our best to get back with you as quickly as possible. We appreciate our customers and will work with you to be sure you are satisfied with our product.

If you have received an item that has been defective/damaged due to a manufacturing or shipping issue, please reach out immediately for assistance. We will do our best to replace or refund the item depending on the item's availability
